I have installed the drivers and reinstalled and when I try to launch the Nvidia Control Panel I get "Failed to initialize Nvidia Audio Driver" message. I have called Asus and their tech can't help you with something that's not on their list. I have searched Google Groups and cannot find a solution.

It runs on an asus A7N266-E motherboard with an onboard NVIDIA sound card. Ever since installing, the sound in my games disappears. I will have sound for say a minute and then only music can continue to play. The relevant games are NBA 97 (old but I love it), Simcity 3000 and Age of Empires II.
